Thank you everyone for having us do this project. It was fun and I learned a lot. I’m looking forward to using the internet for more than just surfing now.

So for the wild card, I looked both at the to-do-list and linked in. The todoist website it awesome. That site would be extremely helpful in keeping people on track as there are personal lists, career lists, etc. While workhack might be more my speed, plain white board, I can see todoist being used more often by library staff. Todoist would be great in scheduling meetings and projects. I also looked at linkin and was browsing the q&a area. I found an interesting question that someone posted. They were traveling in Brussels and saw a special parking area closest to the business entrance that was for women only. Evidently this parking area was designated for women so that they would be safer when walking to work. The argument: common sense or sexism? Fascinating stuff.

I’ve had plenty of experience searching youtube. I never get bored doing that. I remember getting the link for WCL demolition. I also remember seeing some of the teen videos submitted for some promotion we had a while back. I think that Monique was in one of the videos. That was cute. The denver library podcasts are pretty cool. I think that our library should think of doing something like that.

We at Admin have a ning network account which we use to post concerns and questions, etc. Does that count as credit?

Wow, now I know how certain patrons were always fist on the list of new DVD’s! I looked at YV’s events and saw that there had been an interesting presentation from a former member of White House Correspondence staff. The only problem that I had was the linking to catalog.

Okay, I have not chatted online in like 12 years… I suppose that the widget thingamabob would be good for libraries to use to do shelf checks. It would be an instantaneous way of communicating without having to wait on hold on the telephone.

That one was pretty easy with the exception of having to remember the title of the book that I just read.

Is it delicious? I guess so, if you happen to surf the web alot. It is pretty cool though. I searched other bookmarks and it led me to one website and then another, and another..I could actually spend hours looking at the cooking websites.

I finally did it! Yes, I am two weeks behind but I am determined to catch up. I wrote a review on “The Summit” by Kat Martin. It’s filled with mystery, suspense, murder, paranormal, and mountain climbing.
